Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promotion Period is from 9 Sep – 20 Oct 2022, with min. $28 worth of PurSoft Products in a single receipt to redeem a  PurSoft x Chocolate Rain Jute Bag (worth $24.90).
     

  2. This promotion is open to all residents of Singapore, except for employees and their immediate family members, participating retailers/distributors and related agencies of Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd.
     

  3. Modes of redemption:
    (i)    FairPrice and Sheng Siong: Bring the original print-proof receipt to the store’s Customer Service Counter/Cashier.

    (ii)   Giant and Cold Storage: Check In-store Promoter Redemption details for redemption schedule.

    (iii)  FairPrice Online, RedMart and Shopee Supermarket: PurSoft Jute Bag (FOC) will be added automatically into your shopping cart with min. $28 purchased.
     

  4. One original single receipt is entitled to only one redemption, and the valid receipt must be dated between 9 Sep – 20 Oct 2022.
     

  5. Any receipts that are incomplete, forged or damaged, photocopied or reprinted are not accepted.
     

  6. All physical redemptions must be made at the same store of purchase only.
     

  7. All redemptions are subjected to availability and all while stocks last. Strictly no reservation is allowed.
     

  8. All premiums are accurate at the point of printing. Redeemed premium(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the reward for other items of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion or postpone/ terminate this redemption, without prior notice. Participation in this promotion indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage or tax liability a claimant may suffer or sustain as a result of the promotion or accepting the reward(s).
     

  9. All entries received will be regarded as a property of Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd. who elect to use your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes in a manner it deems fit whilst according to your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.
     

  10. Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd shall not be liable to any persons for any misuse of redeemed premiums, any injuries, losses or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or after issuance.
